Specify files or folders that are most needed. By default, recovered data will be delivered on CD. It is critical that you to fill this up with as much detail as possible.

Standard Service
We will do a "check-up" on your media when you send it in for a free evaluation. The evaluation may take between 1 to 3 days (on a first-come-first-serve basis) and we will then generate a quotation for you. Upon quotation, if you decide not to continue with the recovery, there will be a RM$150 cancellation fee.

There will be no charge if the data can not be recovered.

Emergency Recovery Service
We will attempt to recover your data immediately within 48 hours upon receiving your media. We will bypass the evaluation, quotation and confirmation stages. You will be quoted a fixed price (generally 20%-40% higher than normal pricing) upon receiving your request.

There will be no charge if the data is unrecoverable.
